Rules for submission of content.  First, due to overwhelming spam, ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST CONTAIN ONLY THE WORD "SUBMISSION" IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF YOUR EMAIL, OR ELSE IT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DELETED.  Content is defined as anything such as rants, commentary, pictures, sound files, or any other imaginable media that we could post on one of our pages.   All such content is covered by the Disclaimer above, and subject to the following guidelines: Your submissions will be categorized and posted by us as we determine.  We reserve the right to refuse any content that we deem is not appropriate for this website.  We are not going to edit your content other than for obvious typeo's, and there is no guarantee that we will catch such errors.  Therefore, if your submission contains inappropriate content, we are not going to edit that out, we will simply not use your submission at all.  It is at our discretion as to whether or not to send the submission back with suggestions as to what is not acceptable, and you may then re-submit your submission.   Along with your submission, you should tell us what to put in the "Submitted By" line.   It can be your real name, or a pseudo name.  In any event, if you do not provide this information, we will either put "anonymous", or we may decide not to post your submission at all.   You assume complete responsibility to take care not to submit anything that is copyrighted or otherwise legally protected from unauthorized reproduction by any means, and by submitting anything to us, you agree that you have made every reasonable effort to insure that no such content has been submitted.   In the event that you do submit any content that is legally protected from unauthorized reproduction, you agree that you are made legally liable, and could become the target of litigation.   We will try to notify you anytime we post any content you have submitted, and provide the link to it's location.  Content will remain on our website for an undetermined length of time, and that period of time is solely at the discretion of MBWA.com.
